Una bella scoperta a Oaxaca! Il gusto della pasta italiana fatta in casa anche in Messico! Marco, il titolare e pastaio è gentilissimo e pronto ad ascoltare ogni esigenza. Le paste sono ottime e sono disponibili anche senza glutine, compresi sughi e farciture.
E poi peccato non avere abbastanza spazio in valigia, gli strumenti di cucina sono bellissimi!

Qui la pasta fresca fatta a mano è buonissima, no anche i vari tipi di salse... adoro quella al pesto! Ho trovato anche accessori fatti a mano, unici, volevo comprare tutto!
Il propietario è molto simpatico....mi sono sentito a casa!
